Shazand PBR 1220 Polymer

Shazand PBR 1220 Polymer, also known as Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) PBR 1220, is a product manufactured by Shazand Petrochemical Company. This polymer is widely used in the lubricant industry as a thickening agent for industrial oils such as Industrial Oil 10, Industrial Oil 50, and SAE 140 Gear Oil.

Compared with similar polymers such as DuTeral 059, which is also used in the production of industrial oils, PBR 1220 may provide somewhat lower transparency in the final industrial oil formulation. However, one of its major advantages is its competitive price, making it an economical choice for producing affordable industrial oils and lubricants.

PBR 1220 Packaging: The polymer is supplied on 1,260 kg pallets. Each individual block or bale weighs approximately 35 kg. Each pallet contains a total of 35 PBR 1220 polymer bales/blocks.
